With offices in Denver, Houston, Dallas, and Orange County, Hein & Associates LLP has provided accounting and advisory services to public and private companies in a variety of industries across the country and throughout the world for nearly 40 years.  Hein has been doing system implementation for over a decade, so when our brewery clients asked us about better systems than Excel and QuickBooks, we investigated.  We were disappointed with the lack of flexibility and mobility of the incumbent systems built on SAP and Great Plains.  As a 5-Star Partner and the 2016 SuiteCloud Innovator Partner of the Year Award winner, we know NetSuite is an industry leading solution for manufacturing and distribution, so we combined our knowledge and passion for the craft beverage industry with our expertise with NetSuite, and Barrel ERP was born.  Barrel ERP is a fully configured solution for breweries, wineries and distilleries, built on the NetSuite platform.

NetSuite is the world’s most deployed cloud-based ERP and fastest growing top 10 financial management system. NetSuite is used by over 25,000 organizations and invests over $38 million in R&D annually.

Unlike many “cloud” solutions today, NetSuite operates multiple geographically separated data centers around the world. Each data center provides data mirroring, disaster recovery and failover capabilities should one data center become non-operational. Data center facilities are operated by leading collocation providers that provide earthquake and fire protection, along with heating, cooling and backup power. The NetSuite application is multi-tenant, and all servers, storage and hard drives are built on several layers of redundancy. NetSuite has passed numerous annual security audits and meets enterprise-level security standards.
